Additional Info:

• A $100 deposit is taken at the time of registration. If a registration does not get approved, the $100 deposit will be automatically refunded to the same card used at the time of registration
• Your roster spot is not confirmed until you receive an approval email. Confirmation emails are auto-generated and Approval emails will be sent once PHG approves the player registration 
• All participating individuals who live outside of an hour are considered travel participants and must follow the event STP policy unless otherwise approved by the event director
• **IF YOU ARE A RETURNING PLAYER WITH A CUSTOM JERSEY THAT FITS, PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD "I ALREADY HAVE A PERFORMANCE HOCKEY JERSEY" TO YOUR ORDER.**
